ZDT Automatic Circulate Pump-protecting Valve
Overview:
ZDT automatic circulate pump-protecting valve is a device that protects pump. It automatically protects the centrifugal pump (especially for transporting hot water) from possibly damaged by cavitation and instability during the pump is working under a low-loaded operation. Once the pump flow rate less than the pre-setting value, by-pass would fully open to ensure the minimum flow which the pump required. Even though the main passage is completely closed, namely the flow rate in main passage is zero, the minimum flow rate could automatically circulate through by-pass passage. The internal pressure released through integrate multi-stage throttle pressure-reducing valve in by-pass passage. The valve is suitable for the working condition that there is high flow rate in by-pass, which pressure differential up to 4MPa.

Easy to install. It could be installed vertically or horizontally on the output of pump.
High by-pass flow rate, the highest value could be 60% of the main flow rate, KV value could be adjustable.
The highest pressure differential up to 4MPa in by-pass. Furthermore, adding the function of non-return by-pass is optional.
It is suitable for water, oil, methanol and other liquid mediums. Its working temperature ranges from -196℃ to +300℃.
