ZDLP Electric Single-seated Control Valve
Overview:
ZDLP electronic type electric single-seated regulating valves comprise liner full electronic type actuators and top guide, straight way, low flow resistance and single-seated valves. It features compact structure, low weight, flexible action, S-shaped flow channel, low pressure drop loss, large capacity, accurate flow characteristics.
It can be operated with single-phase power and by directly receiving the control signals, 4-20mA DC, 0-10mA DC or 1-5V DC, input from the regulating instrument to achieve automatic regulation control over the fluid medium in the process pipes. As a new generation general regulating valves, it’s widely used for the accurate control of the gaseous, liquid and stream mediums to keep the process parameters including pressure, flow, temperature and fluid level at the given value.

Features:
The equal cross-section low flow resistance passage designed according to the fluid mechanics principle makes rated flow coefficient increased by 30%.
Widely adjustable range. The Inherent adjustable ratio is 50, the flow characteristic is divided into straight type and equal-percentage.
The control and shut-down type adopts resilient plug, so that the valve achieves VI leakage grade (zero-leakage).
The servo amplifier adopts depth negative feedback, which improves the accuracy of automatic adjustment.
There are various electrical operations, which are suitable for 4~20mA. DC or 0~10mA.DC.
