When the valve is being closed, there would be an eccentric force generated from the ball, and the force makes ball pressed sealing ring tightly so as to achieve sealing purpose. When the valve is opening, ball is rapidly separated from sealing ring so as to protect sealing ring from abrasion.
There are two options of sealing ring types: resilient and metallic, they could meet different working conditions.
Due to it is designed into the eccentric structure, the operating torque is significantly reduced and the allowed pressure differential is increased.
The surface of ball is processed by harden treatment, which is smooth and abrasion resistance after polished.
