Small Size Fully-welded Ball Valve
Overview:
Small size fully-welded ball valve is mainly used for small diameter pipelines, which is widely applied to metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, paper-making, power plant and other fields. It is a kind of ball valve with 90° rotating angle. The diameter of inner passage is the same as the pipe’s diameter, so the mediums could pass through without loss. The valve is mainly used in working conditions of which are strict with sealing performance. Besides steam, gas, liquid, it is also suitable for sewage and mediums mixed with fibers.

Features:
The body is integrated welded, so that there is no external leakage.
The seat consists of PTFE sealing ring and springs, which are highly adapted when temperature changed so as to preventing leakage.
The stem is designed into anti-leak structure. There are one PTFE sealing gasket and one O-type sealing ring on the bottom of stem. There are two O-type gasket and two PFE sealing gasket on the top of stem. All of that to ensure zero-leakage.
Body’s material is the same as pipe’s material. There is no uneven stress distribution, also it will not be deformed caused by earthquake or vehicle passed by.
Light weight and easy to be heat-insulated.
The under-ground ball valve could be directly installed under the earth, there is no need to build large-scaled valve well, but just need small-scaled valve well on the ground so as to significantly save project costs and time.
The body length and stem height could be customized according to design requirements.
The ball is highly-accuracy processed, so it is flexible to operate, there is no unwanted interference.
