Sanitary Clamp Ball Valve
Overview:
Sanitary clamp ball valve is precisely inspected and under strictly quality control, which flow passage is processed by precisely polished and sterilization treatments. The valve adopts entirely-coated sealing with F4, there is no blind angle and easy to be cleaned.
The body is made of stainless steel. The inner wall of the flow channel is polished with 0.5um electronic polishing to keep the flow unimpeded. There is no dead angle in the PTFE sealing surface, which ensures the hygiene.
It is widely used in beer engineering, food engineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, biological engineering and water treatment engineering.

Features:

Easy to operate, rapidly opening / closing. It just needs to rotate 90° from fully-opening to fully-closing. So that the valve is easy to be controlled from a distance.
Easy to maintain and repair. The structure is simple and the sealing ring generally is removable, so that they are easy to be disassembled and replaced.
When the valve is fully-opening or fully-closing, the surfaces of body and seat are separated from medium so as to protect sealing surface from erosion during medium passed through.
Wide range of application. It is suitable for the working conditions of diameter ranges from millimeters to meters, pressure ranges from high vacuum to high pressure.
