Features:
There is no contact between body sealing surface and slider plate sealing surface when the valve is staring and closing. Thus, there is no friction and abrasion on sealing surfaces. The service life could be long and the torque is low.
There is no need to dissemble the valve from pipeline when it is repaired. Only removing the cover on the bottom and then replacing a pair of slider plates is well. It is easy to repair.
The body and the plug are designed into full passage, so that the medium could pass through the valve smoothly.
The inner cavity is plated with hard chromium which ensures the sealing area is strong and smooth.
The resilient sealing on the slide plate adopts VITON and which is compression molded in the groove of slider plate. The fire-proof metal-metal sealing is used as back liner of resilient sealing.
