QDY421F Pneumatic Emergency Cut-off Valve
Overview:
This is a safety protection valve. It is installed in liquid pipelines and gas phase pipelines of LPG storage and filling station, which is worked with hand-cranked oil pump so as to rapidly releasing the pressure in cylinder of hand-cranked oil pump when leakage or fire happened. Otherwise high temperature caused the fusible plug alloy molten so as to releasing the pressure in cylinder of the valve. So that the valve could rapidly closed and preventing leaking. The valve works by remote control, quickly closed, easy to open.
Applications:
QDY421F pneumatic emergency cut-off valve is applied to install on the inlet / outlet of storage tank in gas ammonia, LPG storage and distribution station. Also, it could be used on the gas-liquid phase inlet / outlet of liquid discharging pipe.
If there is an emergency, the valve could be rapidly remote controlled by hand-cranked pump (model: SB03-175). Closing the inlet / outlet ensures the security of storage and transmission system. It is easy to operate, no pollution.
