HLS Small Size Single-seated Control Valve
Overview:
HLS small size single-seated control valve has compact structure and S-shaped flow passage, which reduce the loss of pressure drop. Furthermore, the valve has features of high flow rate, wide adjusting range, highly accuracy of flow characteristic, in accordance with IEC534-2-1976. The valve usually matched with diaphragm actuator, which has compact structure and high output force.

Features:
It adopts balance plug, which non-balanced force is low and allow high pressure-differential, so that the valve is operated stably.
The guide surface of plug is large so as to improve vibration caused by turbine and impact, moreover reducing damage.
Compared with common single-seated control valve, the valve noise level decreased by around 10bd.
It worked with multi-spring diaphragm or pneumatic cylinder actuator, which have compact structure and high output force.
Plug or sleeve adopts high performance sealing ring, which effectively preventing leakage.
The valve has compact structure and S-shaped flow passage, also providing flow-guided fin for improving flowing in a balance state around sleeve. So the valve has features of low loss of pressure-differential, high flow rate, wide adjustable range, highly accuracy of flow characteristic.
Simple structure, easy to be disassembled and maintained.
