High Pressure Fully-welded Ball Valve

Overview:

The valve is fully-welded forged, which is especially suitable for gas transportation and storage industry. Fully-welded ball valves are designed into that it is separated from the bolts which used to connect valve body to avoid potential leakage caused by defective connections. In addition, valves are made of forged steel. The same grain sizes and structure of uniform thickness could avoid casting shrinkage of the valves and other inherent flaws. Among the welded ball valves, the most prominent advantage is that the leakage is zero.

Features:

Seat and sealing:
It adopts structure of seat sealed, combined with circular resilient material on metal seat (embedded PTFE), the seat and the sealing are designed into modular structure which is reversed hook-shaped so as to ensure the efficiency of valve switch when the valve is opening or closing.
In order to ensure the valve achieves zero-leakage, taking the force which is generated from spring pressing seat as initial sealing pressure to ensure the down-stream of pipeline could be closed efficiently. The zero-sealing function helps injecting the medium and taking PTFE metallic sealing as primary sealing, taking metal-metal sealing as secondary sealing so as to take action when emergency happens.

The ball bearing is provided:
Ball bearing adopts the structure of two upper and lower boards. Based on this stem rotating structure, when the valve is opening or closing, only the twisting force is attenuated, but not the bending stress and small torque, so that the service life is significantly prolonged.

Stem and packing:
The stem is designed into anti-blow type so as to reduce the friction coefficient. The packing consists of O-type rings and fire-proof graphite packing. In order to avoid accumulating static electricity on the ball, an anti-static device should be equipped with on the interface of stem and body.

Automatically release the pressure in the inner cavity:
Due to the medium is affected by high temperature and evaporation, there is steam formed, so the pressure is generated in the inner cavity. The medium is stressed by its own force, so that the seat is lifted by the force, then the high pressure is released to pipeline automatically, so as to ensure the valve safety.
