GB Globe Valve
Overview:
A globe valve is a valve in which the closing member (valve flap) moves along the centre line of the valve seat. According to this form of movement of the valve flap, the change of the valve seat opening is proportional to the stroke of the valve flap. Due to the relatively short opening or closing stroke of the valve stem and the very reliable cut-off function of this type of valve, and because the change of the valve seat opening is in a king proportional relationship with the stroke of the valve flap, it is ideal for the regulation of the flow. Therefore, this type of valve is ideal for use as a cut-off or regulating and throttling valve.
Applications:
GB globe valve is suitable for connecting or shut-off the medium in the pipelines which nominal pressure is PN1.6~ 16.0Mpa and working temperature is -29~ 550℃ in petroleum, chemistry, pharmacy, fertilizer, power and other industries.

Features:
The valve is designed strictly according to GB12335, it has rational structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance, good appearance.
The disc and seat seal surface is clad-welded with iron-based alloy or Stellite Cobalt-based hard alloy. The materials have features of fracture resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life.
The stem is processed by hardening and tempering, Nitriding treatment, which has excellent erosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
The valve could match various flange and sealing surface types so as to meet projects’ demands and clients’ requests.
