Descriptions:
Floating Ball Valves typical application is for smaller sizes (up to 6 inches) and lower pressure classes. They are characterized by simple design, easy maintenance, low cost and quick delivery. Body construction can be two or three pieces, bolted or screwed body, made by forging, forged or rolled bar.
Specifications:
Type: Side Entry Split-Body, fully welded, flanged, BW ends
Pressure: CL 150~300, available sizes from ½” to 8”, full or reduced bore
Class 600: available from ½” to 4”, full or reduced bore
Class 800: available for 3/8”
Class 900/1500: available from ½” to 2”, full or reduced bore
Material: ASTM A105N, A350, A182, Monel, F52, F60, F6a, AISI 9840, Incoloy 825, Hastelloy B-C etc.
Standard: API 6D, ISO 17292/BS 5351.
